Paul Danziger graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a BBA in Accounting, and a Master's Degree in Tax Accounting. After graduation, he worked as a tax consultant in New York City at one of the top accounting firms, where he obtained his commission as a Certified Public Accountant.

Rod De Llano

Rod de Llano graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. After graduation, he managed an import/export business before deciding to pursue a law degree. Mr. de Llano graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, and then worked in the general litigation section of a large international firm, concentrating on major commercial, product liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. de Llano has been involved in numerous product liability, whistleblower, antitrust, class action, and intellectual property matters, which have been litigated nationwide.
